Pune's pride, Shivangi Desai, wins Miss Charm India 2024, set to represent India internationally

Shivangi Desai, a 22-year-old law student in her fifth year at the prestigious Indian Law School (ILS) Pune, has won the national title of Miss Charm India 2024, organized under the aegis of the Glamanand Group, founded by Mr. Nikhil Anand. She will soon represent India on the international beauty stage in the Philippines and Vietnam.

Shivangi the proud daughter of an Indian Naval officer and a doctor, has brought immense pride to her parents and the people of Pune with her outstanding accomplishments. She is the perfect blend of beauty and intellect, excelling in both academics and the world of glamour. Her pageant journey began at just 16 when she claimed the May Queen title in 2018 at RSI, Army Institute in Pune. This early triumph set the stage for her continued success, including winning the North Zone Queen title at Miss Teen Diva and earning prestigious accolades such as Miss NDA and 1st Runner-Up at Miss Universe Gujarat, among others. Having travelled across the country due to her father's transferable job, Shivangi attended ten different schools, an experience that shaped her into the well-rounded individual she is today. Her Armed Forces background has instilled in her a strong sense of discipline and adaptability.

Under the able mentorship of Ms. Ritika Ramtri, Pageant Coach at The Tiara and with the invaluable guidance of Glamanand Supermodel India, Shivangi finely tuned her talents, culminating in her recent triumph. Her impressive journey caught the attention of the esteemed law journal "Bar and Bench," where she was featured discussing the intricate balance between her dual passions—law and pageantry. In the interview, she also outlined her ambitious goal of becoming a leading Fashion, Sports, and Entertainment lawyer, demonstrating her unwavering commitment to excelling in both realms. In addition to her achievements in the pageant world, Shivangi has excelled academically. She has won numerous moot court competitions at both state and national levels, authored several research papers, and interned with renowned firms like Trilegal and Khaitan & Co. With her remarkable achievements, Shivangi Desai is undoubtedly destined for a brilliant future, and there’s no doubt she will dazzle on the international stage, leaving an indelible mark wherever she goes.
